Different people have different preferences, not everyone is the same. For example, I prefer portable camping hammock.
Comfort - This is the main reason why I use a hammock for camping. In a tent on an expensive inflatable mattress, I never feel comfortable. If I am tired enough, I will sleep for a few hours, but I will wake up in 3-4 hours and feel pain. After switching between my left and right sides and back for a few hours, I will give up. In a hammock, I will sleep for 8 to 11 hours and rest very well.
In some places, the ground is uneven, rocky, muddy, or otherwise, and a hammock is perfect for sleeping. I think the hammock is warmer. I used a suitable down sleeping bag, so I was completely surrounded by high down insulation. Even when I use a thick down insulated inflatable mattress, its temperature below me is not as good as a properly rated down blanket. In fact, my down blanket is too warm for summer, so I have to buy a second one with lower insulation. My summer blanket has a temperature of only 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and even in hot weather, I will push it aside until it feels cold at night.
I have become so used to feeling comfortable every night that I can't bear the idea of setting up a double parachute camping hammock. I didn't pack a small tent as a backup, but instead brought a foldable hammock frame so that I could set up a hammock anywhere the tent could be set up.
The waterproof cloth used with the camping hammock is also essential. My waterproof cloth is very waterproof and can keep it dry. The hammock and equipment are stored there.
For those who are using tents for camping and considering switching to hammocks, how effective is a tent for you? Are you comfortable sleeping in the tent? If a tent is good for me, then I won't bother to change it. But for me, this doesn't work, I just can't sleep well every night. I need good sleep so that I can concentrate outdoors. In my opinion, camping hammock nylon is the most ideal.
