Q: Where is your factory?
A: Anhui Feistel Outdoor Product Co., Ltd. is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China, near with Ningbo and Shanghai port. The Airport call Xinqiao Airport, If you visit us, we can pick up you at the airport then.
Q: Can you do custom design?
A: Custom design is ok, you can send us your idea, colors, fabric request, or physical samples for follow or for modification accordingly. We have strong working team to follow with your specific demands.
Q: How to get a sample?
A: For all of our item, you can inform us the item no. or the picture of the item, then we can proceed with counter samples accordingly, the camping table sample fee will be 100% refundable, courier cost will be well calculated to try to save the money for you.
Q: How long to get a sample? And for mass production order?
A: As normal, 5-7days will be workable for the outdoor camping table sample, and 10days or so for custom folding camping table sample; Lead time for production order will be around 15-20 days after deposit.
Q: How to pay deposit?
A: T/T or Paypal, or Western Union for Samples fee, and T/T or Trade assurance for production order.
Q: How to ship the goods?
A: The tables be shipped by sea, air, Express or EXW factory, based on customer's detailed demands.
