learn moreWhen I was in the wilderness, I chose waterproof cloth, and my residence was covered by outdoor camping hammock cover.
I dug a small area on a steep slope with a slope of about 45-50 degrees. I cut two triangles to fold my wall, and there was a separate rain curtain used as the front wall. The roof waterproof cloth was also fixed to prevent collapse.
Camping in hidden mode is the most meaningful for me. Therefore, I can unfold the hammock waterproof cloth at an angle of approximately 15-20 degrees, and you must extend it along the path to see it. Overall, it is well hidden.
When I am not around, I can place the front of the canopy on the shelter, which will be flat at the angle of the slope, still keeping all my bedding, clothes, and food dry, but this means that unless you step on it, it is almost invisible. More importantly, there are several wet leaves on it.
In most of the shelter designs above, it is very suitable for one person, but when used as a whole roof, its front and walls are individually waterproof and very large. Putting a waterproof cloth in the rain is also great. Compared to a tent, put the waterproof cloth underneath and the rest underneath (so that nothing gets wet). It's also easy to pack in the rain. Except for the waterproof cloth, camping hammock outdoor with cover, pack everything and leave it until the end. Pack it outside the backpack.
I fell in love with the versatility of the waterproof cloth on the tent. It can not only be used as a shelter, but also be hung on a hammock for waterproof, sunshade, and wind protection. Compared to tents with the same range of shelter, it is more convenient to carry, and sometimes I need a lighter way of travel for hiking and camping.
