"The Winter solstice is as important a festival as the New Year, which is the festival of reunion and celebration for families." The Winter solstice is a much significant solar term in the Chinese lunar calendar. The Winter solstice originated in the Han Dynasty ,flourished in the Tang Dynasty and been passed down to today. The custom of this festival is eat dumplings.As in the Chinese concept,dumplings contain hope, happiness and warmth.

On December 21, 2021, on this special festival, Anhui Feistel Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. carefully prepared dumplings and chicken soup for the employees. Everyone happily talked with a smile. They tasted the delicious chicken soup and dumplings with sitting on the moon chair and the telescopic stool,which bring homelike warmth to everyone in the winter.

During the event, we cooked a pot of hot chicken soup early. After prepared well the soup,we took it out and give it to everyone. Everyone sits around the folding table.Even though the temperature was very low that day, it didn't diminish everyone's enthusiasm. While waiting for the dumplings to be out of the pot, everyone sat on the moon chairs,chatted and smiled happily. Shiitake dumplings and shepherd's purse dumplings are our favorite. Everyone was holding a bowl of dumplings, and then their hands became warm. Every dumpling is full of blessing,we happily talked and ate, one bite of dumplings, one bite of blessings.

When a ray of sunlight shines on us on the Winter solstice, our body is warmed. When a table of hot dumplings is served, our hearts are warmed. After having the hot dumplings, our stomachs are full and our hearts are warm.

Through this event, everyone’s relationship has been brought closer, and their understanding of the “Winter Solstice Festival” has been deepened. We have become more fond of traditional festivals, and let the national culture pass on from generation to generation.
