To ensure a smooth holiday period and maintain our service quality, we hereby inform you of our holiday schedule and related arrangements.

1. Holiday Schedule
In accordance with the national holiday guidelines and our company’s operational needs, our holiday period will be as follows:

Off-Days: October 1 (Wednesday) to October 8 (Wednesday), 2025, totaling 8 days of continuous leave.

Make-Up Workdays: Employees will work on September 28 (Sunday) and October 11 (Saturday) to compensate for the extended break.

We encourage colleagues to plan their tasks in advance, ensuring all urgent matters are resolved before the holiday.

2. Business Operations During the Holiday
Order Processing & Shipping: Our warehouse and logistics departments will suspend operations from October 1 to 8. Orders placed during this period will be processed sequentially starting from October 9. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

Customer Service: While our team is on break, limited staff will be available for emergency inquiries. For urgent issues, contact our duty team at [sales@feisteloutdoor.com]. Response times may be longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience.

Partner Coordination: For international partners in different time zones, please note that communication may be delayed. We will prioritize follow-ups after the holiday.

Travel Safely: Plan routes in advance, check weather forecasts, and carry essential gear. Avoid overexertion during activities like hiking or camping.
